Meetqi Terms of Service
By clicking the “I agree” button, registering for an account, downloading or using the App or App upgrades, accessing the https://meetqi.com site operated by Meetqior by utilizing the Meetqi services you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Whether or not you have registered with the site or the App. You have no right to use or access the services if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Meetqi services are not available to persons who are not legally eligible to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you accept or agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to act on behalf of that entity and to bind such entity to these Terms and Conditions; you have read, understand agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the party that you represent and any permitted users of such party. Using our Services
Meetqi is online video meeting tool that helps users join meetings, take notes, record and share their meetings and conversations.
To use certain parts of the Service, you will need to create a personal Meetqi account. You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate and updated personal information, and for safeguarding your account information. You may not select or use an identity of another person with the intent to impersonate that person.
Meetqi not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
1.1 You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. You may use our Services only as permitted by law.
1.2 We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct. You agree that You are solely responsible for the content sent or transmitted by You or displayed or uploaded by You in using the Services and for compliance with all Laws, including, but not limited to, any laws requiring you to obtain the consent of a third party to use the content and to provide appropriate notices of third party’s rights.
1.3 You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.
1.4 These Terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don't remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

You are in any event solely responsible for the use of the Service through your personal user account. You are responsible for the activities of all participants who access or use the Services through your account and you agree to ensure that any such participant will comply with the Terms and Conditions and any Meetqipolicies. Meetqihas no control over the use of any user’s account and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom.
1.7 We may change, terminate, or restrict access to any aspect of the Service or your account, at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to impose use limitations based on what we consider fair or legitimate usage, both for free and paying users.
1.8 You further represent and warrant that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy in order to access and use the Services, you will act professionally and responsibly in your interactions with other users, and you will act in accordance with any applicable local, state, or federal law or custom and in good faith when using or accessing the Services.
1.9 You agree not to engage in any of the prohibited activities including, without limitation, attempting to access unauthorized accounts or to collect or track the personal information of others; using the Services for any purpose or in any manner that infringes the rights of any third party; violating any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; conducting any unlawful purposes or soliciting others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
2.0 You may choose to record certain meetings in MeetQI. By using the Services, you are giving Meetqiconsent to store recordings for any or all Meetqimeetings or webinars that you join, if such recordings are stored in MeetQI’ systems. If you do not consent to being recorded, you can choose to leave the meeting. You acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with all recording laws.
Restrictions on Content
- Offensive content that promotes racism, bigotry, discrimination, hatred, harassment or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
- Content that includes pornographic or sexual activity
- Content that can violate the rights of the other users
- Solicits passwords or personal data from other users
- Shares Personal information about others, without their permission
Any use of content or materials posted through the Service or obtained by you through the Service is at your own risk. We do not endorse or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted through the Services. We do not endorse any opinions expressed through the Services.

2.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. MeetQI's privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Meetqican use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
2.2 We are constantly reviewing our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Government authorities have created specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring.
As a Free user, you can at any time choose to upgrade your account, which will give you additional features in the rooms. We reserve the right to change the features included in our plans, the price of the paid plan and the structure of the plan at any time.
Payment processing service/Payment?
Payment processing services for MeetQI, including the processing and storing of credit card data, are provided by Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd A.C.N. 160 180 343 ("Stripe") and are subject to the Stripe Services Agreement - Australia ("Stripe Services Agreement"). By agreeing to these terms and continuing to operate as a customer of a paid Meetqiplan, you agree that you have downloaded or printed, and reviewed and agreed to the Stripe Services Agreement and you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Meetqienabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Meetqiaccurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Meetqito share with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. this information and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
Communication
Meetqi may need to send you information about the Service, such as important service announcements and administrative messages, by SMS, email or other means of electronic communication, by posting a notice on the Website, or through any other relevant communication channels.
Integrations
When using the Service or third-party integrations to the Service, you may be exposed to commercial messages and advertisements. The Website and the Service may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Meetqiof the contents of such third party websites. Meetqiexcludes any responsibility for the content of linked third party websites.
Intellectual Property Rights
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
The trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, domain names and any other similar signs or symbols are the registered and unregistered marks of MeetQI. Nothing in the Terms grants you the right to use any marks, associated or displayed with the Services belonging to MeetQI.
Сessation
You have a right to stop using our Service, by deleting your account. As a subscriber of a paid plan, you may suspend your subscription at any time, and will have access to the Service for the remaining (pre-paid) billing period. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Service and the agreement with you with immediate effect upon written notice to you.
Software in our Services
When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available.
Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Meetqiand its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.
No warranties.
You acknowledge and agree that Services are provided “as is”. You acknowledge that the Service is not error-free. Meetqiand its affiliates, suppliers, resellers make no warranty or representation regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the services, regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Services or that the Service will meet any user’s requirements, or be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. Use of the Services is at your sole risk. Any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to you resulting from the use of the services. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Services remains with you. MeerQI does not assume any responsibility for retention of any user information or communication between users.
The service will be continually developed, and you acknowledge that changes to functionality and layout may carried out without advance notice.
Limitation of liability
Meetqior its affiliates, suppliers or resellers are not responsible for incidental or indirect damages, whether arising under law, contract, warranty, indemnification, tort or otherwise, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business opportunities, loss of business information, business interruption, or loss of access to the Service. Meetqi's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the last 12 months prior to the incident that causes the liability.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MeetQI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, suppliers and resellers from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of the Services, your violation of this Terms and Conditions or the infringement or violation by you or any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity or applicable law. You shall cooperate in good faith with Meetqiin asserting any available defenses.
Changes
Meetqi reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement, suspend, discontinue, or delete any of the terms and conditions of Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and review, improve, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services or any content or information through the Services at any time, effective with or without prior notice and without any liability to MeetQI. Meetqi endeavor to notify you of material changes by email, but will not be liable for any failure to do so. If any future changes to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance with this Agreement, you must terminate, and immediately stop using, the Services. Your continued use of the Services following any revision to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of any and all such changes. Meetqimay also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to part or all of the Services without notice or liability.
